Who do I think I am?

I grew up in South Florida and attended the University of Pennsylvania, where I graduated with a history major.

Following college, I moved to NYC and took a job as an Assistant Account Executive at J. Walter Thompson, one of the OG ad agencies. That’s what started it all.

I now live in Los Angeles, am married, and have a fur baby named Toby—pics upon request.

I’ve been fortunate to travel and see a lot of the world, which was admittedly a lot easier when I lived in London than it is now. I love traveling and learning about other cultures.

I am passionate about and obsessed with food. I pride myself on cooking dinner almost every night. It’s my way of easing out of the workday and an outlet for my creativity. I love experimenting with different ingredients and cuisines, making deliciously-tasting meals, and, most importantly, bringing comfort and joy to the people for whom I cook.

I recently started a passion project that celebrates and educates people on how to cook for two. I realized there are many two-person households, and the food industry as a whole isn’t very accommodating to cooking for two.

As an INFJ, I strive to be a transformational leader who inspires and motivates others through my vision, empathy, and strong sense of purpose. I lead by example, emphasizing authenticity and integrity in everything I do.

Understanding the needs and motivations of my team is one of my strengths, allowing me to create a supportive and inclusive environment. I am committed to recognizing and nurturing the potential of others, providing mentorship and guidance with patience and encouragement.

My leadership style focuses on long-term goals and the well-being of the group, ensuring we work together as a cohesive, high-performing team aligned with a shared vision.

My superpower.

Throughout my diverse experiences across both B2C and B2B brands and various categories and sizes of companies, I have always been able to leverage data analytics to optimize growth strategies while simultaneously harnessing my creative abilities to craft compelling narratives and innovative campaigns. This dual approach ensures that my work maximizes the potential for business growth and increased brand affinity.

Basically, I’m at my best when I can mix my left and right brain to create the best possible outcomes.
